The Blackout: final chapter for the 4th turning cycle

Since this is a very heavy subject, I will try to approach the explanation by two different routes at the same time to make sense of it for readers who might be very skeptical about why some "secret control group" would be intentionally pushing the global economy into a planned energy (oil+electricity) shortage.

(1.) The first route we have to take is: Why would that control group want to create sudden global hardship for so many countries and people? What's to gain?

(2.) The second route we have to take is to outline why, strategically, if the hardship truly was planned, how would they go about achieving pushing many global economies into such a crisis at once? What vectors of attack would cross within so many different economies at the same time, and why?

And keep in mind, for them, all 4th turning cycles HAVE to look random or spontaneous within geopolitical story reasons (bad guys from China or Russia doing the stuff) for the masses in the way how they portray it in the media. It has to look as if, all of a sudden, a madman in one and maybe two countries shows on the main stage and starts randomly wrecking things, pulling the entire global population and all armies into mayhem. That is the story they've presented to us for the past few 4th turnings, which, of course, is a fairy tale. There are many covert actions that are carefully crafted over the years, financing and installing just the right people (installed by global rig inc), leading to the development of the cycle...There are many actors on global stage that global rig inc party finances, develops and steers daily in order to complete certain actions of their long term cyclical plans.

The history needs to record 4th turning cycles as random or spontaneous (politically driven instead of secret control group driven) for a very specific reason, so that next generations do NOT learn wtf actually happened in the prior 4th turning and how masses were manipulated into action. So that when these new generations face such cycle again, their actions will be predictable and the same as those from prior generations. Thats how macro riggers always hold the upper hand over centuries.

The control group aka "macro riggers"

If one comes from a sinister but also realistic mindset, where you don't believe that those who rule us have our best and only best intent at heart, it is easier to believe that the entire 4th turning cycle is rigged. Let me explain.

Many out there are under the impression that politicians, or large CEOs, or people in the highest institutional positions have always or almost always the best intent for us, the rest of society, in their goal. Since... after all, every human being wants society to be as productive and as well-behaved, right? Not really. That's not how reality works. Reality is cyclical. There are times where those who control us want us to perform and succeed and there are times when they want..less of us. Let me further outline with an example.

Let's use a rather gloomy analogy about how we breed farm animals and orchestrate their existence often:

When you buy a flock of geese or ducks, you are their "macro rigger". You create an environment for them. You set the rules of when to get out, when to get in of fenced area. You define their outcomes significantly of their daily actions and especialy of their biggest lifetime actions. Their freedom is truly just imaginative especially if we draw long enough timeline, they are under control on short term basis to some extent, and absolutely not at all on long enough time scale. But if that duck could zoom out into this RPG 3rd-person perspective game and label what happens to its prior 10 mates one by one, it would start to notice. It's a rig.

You feed them, you pat them sometimes perhaps, you make sure they aren't too wet if it's raining outside, and pretty much repeat those "non-4th turning cycles" for a long while. From the perspective of a single duck (who never had a chance to look behind the corner of the house where a machete is positioned-lets say we are in Asia), it seems as if you are a good shepherd and true animal lover.

Until one day that is no longer the case; the duck had grown; that was the macro agenda, the goal. Or, if we break down the life cycle of any breeding animal under human control, it goes under planned 1st,2nd,3rd,4th turning cycles, just like socio cycles are structured as well. And the care for the animal can actually be honest, polite, respectful, and kind in the first 3 cycles, but it doesn't change the fact that there was an engineered 4th turning cycle in the end by the breeder, who was the same hand that allowed this animal to enjoy all the prior 3 cycles of "goodness". But to understand this metaphor, you truly first need to understand that we really are globally controlled by a secret hidden group that controls and plants most global politicians. Only then does the above metaphor make a lot of sense.

1st,2nd,3rd,4th turning cycles are all controlled via macro riggers financing the politicans they want to see in place (for biggest countries)

You have to understand that the way our controllers (not politicians or CEOs but those who put them into position, the shadow cabal) operate is in the same manner as the above example with the ducks.

They support and push politicians for a few decades to be supportive of the population, creating an environment that makes people thrive (1st-3rd turning). Because there is a technological cycle that a certain generation needs to complete, and it needs a stable environment. And once that task is done...those same macro controllers flip the switch.

They start financing politicians that are hostile, nationalistic, war-oriented, anti-globalization. Because the time for them comes to restructure society, which always requires deconstruction and destructive conditions. Just like the breeder of a duck metaphor above, who perhaps tells his son, "Hey, little Billy, today is your first ever such task to finish that duck behind the corner of the house". Where Billy is a metaphor for a controlled politican under 4th turning in such a case.

If you look at the past few years, politicians around the globe, you would notice a clear path of deglobalization (which always happens in 4th turnings) and the tearing down of trade routes or supply chains. US is applying sanctions on many countries; the EU is tearing supply chains with Russia, China sanctions, etc.

If you went back in time 20 years ago, none of that was happening. And now, all of a sudden, you have 100s of politicians, senators, and other figures both in the EU and the US that are pushing in the same direction. Interesting, isn't it? Almost as if it is coordinated to deepen the 4th turning divide. Well, it seems coordinated because it is; most of those political figures are installed by a macro control group. Money that trickles down into their elections and helps them win, quiet voices that whisper to their ears on a daily basis what to do, generous sums of "donations" that show up frequently whenever they complete certain tasks that macro riggers tell them to. Democracy...hehe. You wish. The above explains why, if one stretches out history, you can always find the 1st,2nd, 3rd, and 4th turning cycles positioning through society. Cycles of thriving, stability, growth, peak, and then deconstruction, leading to a repeat of all the cycles once again. It is NOT random. It is designed. To explain what exactly I mean by that is way beyond my typing scope to put into an article, but believe me, the world on which we reside and socio cycles are all by design from the inner control group (which, yes, does control politicians almost everywhere, except in small countries that carry no weight in the final outcomes of cycles, such as my country perhaps hehe).

Before wrapping on this point i want to point out one very common meme on X:

You see, Freemasonic content creators' accounts love to shove this meme into the faces of audiences on X, to pre-program society for the 4th turning. "You deserve it, because there are too many weak individuals out there, and a reset is likely to come." This is why macro riggers always promote and glorify destruction as "justified" via their paid content creators. To make people passively accept the outcome as "deserved".

But the key is...it is always presented from the angle as if just somehow, by random chance, when there is so much weakness, a society goes into a global fight. You have created so many weak men and weak standards in society that now all of sudden everyone wants to fight with each other, creating 4th turning conditions?

From the perspective of testosterone, it makes absolutely no sense. When society has a lot of "strong men," they should be far more eager to go into conflicts. When society gets used to globalization and prosperity for such a long time, as we have been in past decades, people become pacified; the will to fight dies over time if the flame is not kept maintained and especially if nationalism is blured due to globalization, which is pretty much where we are in current times. That is a fact. For example US has now more mixed population than ever, and for the most part people do get along. One could say the same for France, Germany etc if we stretch 10 years long timeline.

But macro riggers love to present the opposite story. That we all of a sudden just want to go into a clash with anyone who is just slightly different, when "too many weak men are out there" as result of "prolonged good times and too much globalization". If you have your eyes open, you can see that as a lie.

That is not to say that differences between ethnic groups do not exist, because they of course do. All i am saying is that macro riggers allow free immigration for decades, until then at some point decide to WEAPONIZE it under 4th turning. The turn is NOT spontaneous. The revolt is engineered, and some zombie minded people are just sucked into the vortex along with it.

If you come from a cycle-creationist perspective that THEY seed destruction between us after the 3rd turning, it starts to make a whole lot more sense.

How could they trigger hardship conditions across the entire world?

If we go from what was written above as a starting propositionon, and then ask ourselves: how could macro riggers then push us into global 4th turning conditions, assuming it's impossible to turn so many different countries into war-like conditions all at once, considering differences in geography, resource availability, resiliency, and so forth?

Well, do you know what all countries share as the backbone of how human life is sustained in a modern economy? Oil. And electricity. If there were a way to attack each of those two vectors, almost all global economies would enter into the same mayhem. Regardless of whether the economy is highly developed, like certain parts of Germany, or less developed, like Cambodia on the other side of the world. Everything in our society is both grid- and fossil fuel dependent. And remember, electrical grid is very fragile, even strong countries like US have very fragile spot within its electrical grid (if methods of cyber attacks or sabotage attacks were to be launched internally).

This is the chain of chronologically set moves they would/could potentially use to bring such mayhem into reality:

1. Creating an oil shortage that leads to lower supply chain mobility. If electricity shortages begin due to attacks on the energy grid, but oil is still flowing normally with refineries and pipelines operational, the global population could still adjust to such conditions. Yes, it would be a serious challenge, but doable. This is, in my view, precisely why macro riggers have decided to cut both (or will, since oil is already getting cut but electricity is not yet). If both are dislocated at the same time, the economy and society enters into a "wartime" condition, which is what they want (as per latest publications which i already posted on prior article).

2. Executing NATO/Russia engagement precisely at the time when oil shortages start to kick in, and at which point attacks on the electrical grid can be blamed on Russians. If you take that this entire 4th turning is rigged, then macro riggers would want to first disrupt oil (Hormuz) because it takes a very long time for global oil inventories to plunge to critical levels. And then to "suddenly" invite Russia to start attacking NATO's civilian electrical infrastructure so that the European population has a pretext for why all of this trouble is happening. Oh, we have no more electricity because of the Russians. No, you have no more electricity and mobility because they first triggered a Middle East war to cut the oil, to trigger the Ukraine war a few years ahead so Russia has reasons to then time the attack on NATO precisely when global oil inventories hit minimal operational levels, and then launch attacks on the electrical grid of NATO, so that it all converges. If you use my point 1 as an explanation, it becomes clear why the sequence of events was SPECIFICALLY used in such a manner over the past 5+ years. It's all by design. Otherwise, they would be unable to create a good enough "backstory" that the population would believe is random. This is KEY. If this outline is to be turn true then keep an eye on Ukraine. If you see Ukraine fall in Q4 2026 or Q1 27 then its highly likely this plan will be executed (with Russia starting to roll into NATO countries).

   
   

3. The next stage after that, I believe, could be the triggering of China/Taiwan engagement, which will push the Asian region and the US into a state of conflict and justify cyber or EMP attacks on the US electric grid. They can then use the same tactics that have been used between Russia and the EU to be replicated between US/China, and so that the general population can believe that the electrical grid in the US is getting attacked left and right because of Chinese cyber attacks. Or perhaps Iranian revolutionaries are destroying power stations here and there. Either of those two options could be valid.

4. Next step could/would be financing of riots that destabilize governments globally and dislocate supply chains in biggest cities. This would lead to crippling of government services across entire countries and creating social unrest.

   
   

5. Once significant portion of global oil is taken offline, the next step could be attacks on electrical grid across many countries, using methods of cyber attacks, sabotage attacks on grid transformers, and potentially even EMP. This would be last step that would lead to most complications.

This 4th turning cycle (just like prior ones of WW2 or the French Revolution) is designed/engineered if one studies the agenda and the actions carefully. What is the goal of rigging such a cycle (in my view)? More about that lower on the article.

We, on a human level, rig environments for animals and their life cycles.

Or we rig environments in video games and the bot units that end up fighting our pre-designed cycles.

Or we rig positive-oriented relationships by manipulating people sometimes (I don't, but some certainly do) with certain actions.

It becomes clear that there is always some shepherd above someone. And that shepherd is going to steer the direction of the life cycle for that someone else. And that can even be in between human-to-human interactions, since society is hierarchical which enables in first place such shepherding to accour. My message on this article is just trying to present what our shepherds or macro riggers are likely planning for us.

Macro riggers tend to output messages through the art often

If you know which artists and creators belong to "their clubs" and attend their private meetings and facilities, you can tell when their messages and art creations have forward insights. But that is to say that, to most observers, they won't be able to spot them, as it takes thousands of hours of research before one can piece together such agendas, reflected through the art (in advance before they happen). An art piece can tell nothing to uninformed person and it can at same time tell a lot to another more informed person.

I would like to highlight two movies, which I believe belong to the section of "forward signaling how the 4th turning will play out" or at least some good chunks of it.

(1.) Leave the World Behind: Created by Obama and additional high-level Freemasonic "helpers". And another one is: (2.) "One battle after another": Created by Freemasonic staff, alongside DiCaprio, who very much enjoys WEF meetings as well and shows his face in the first seat, like a good kid, and makes plenty of commercials/adds which are 100% WEF directed:

Timing of release matters a lot. If those movies came out 15 years ago, it wouldn't mean much. Because global macro cycles can't really be planned in detail that far in advance. Or perhaps the rough outline can be, but details cannot, because the exact technology that is created at the time when the 4th turning hits matters, since latest technology is ALWAYS key leverage tool used in 4th turning against the people. Latest weaponry, latest military tactic is always used in each 4th turning as leverage to disrupt civilians and as well soldiers. This is precisely why i think cyber angle along with electrical grid will be used this time, as angle that was never used before, both of which is outlined in both of the above movies as well. But more about that lower on the article.

The reason those two movies carry significant importance in my view and are NOT science fiction but a "heads-up" material is that they are both made by Freemasonic creators, producers, and screenwriters with significant lineage. When I highlight the importance of the two, please make sure you do not judge my highlights by the acting; I could care less how bad some of the acting in each of those movies is (actresses in particular).

My highlight comes from the weight ot the message and not the actors performances or how well written the dialogs are, most importantly...what data I have collected about the attack vectors that might be used for 4th turning from different think-tank institutions; they ALL match what both of those movies project. This is absolutely key. I firmly believe that this 4th turning will peak around:

- global cyber attacks (attacks on water supply, grid, grocery stores),

- EMP attacks, supply chains being disrupted (unable to move cars), and, most importantly,

- broad-scale attacks on our energy infrastructure (refineries burning), including electricity.

Both of those movies present this clearly, and if you look at what is happening on the geopolitical chessboard, a lot of this is already happening.

Large-scale cyber attack "exercises" were launched in 2024 mostly within US and some other countries. Sure, they didn't call them "exercises"; that is why I put it in brackets, but that is, in my view, exactly what those large outages of many communication apps/platforms, Amazon Web Services, all at the same time were. To test if the system CAN be attacked efficiently, via covert global forces. Not China in particular or Russia or Iran, but global RIG Inc.

Both of those movies, in fact, glorify each of these plans, and that is something very particular about Freemasonic (some say satanic) forces: there is always glorification of destruction. "One battle after another" justifies attacks on the civilian electrical grid as part of bigger revolutionary reasons. Revolutionaries which are highly destructive for the rest of civilians are glorified as heroes (subtle messaging). And the other movie made by Obama does something similar as justification of "restarting humanity with new, better rules". "Cheapest way to reset society" as they put it in the movie.

And while no film critic will put a review or conclusion as mine above, because most of them have not spent time studying the global rig inc, hence the difference. This is why i also believe why so many dismiss those two movies as complete nonsense, they dont see the forward message.

Now someone might say, "dude, step into the real world. Do you really think Hollywood is forward-projecting some global geopolitical scenarios about what's about to happen?" Surely that is classified military secret if so.

The answer to that is yes. Because most of the audience won't know what they are looking at; only a significant amount of research in this direction puts it into perspective. This is precisely why global rig inc puts so much material out there in your face, they dont care because they know only small % of population will be able to piece it together (WEF risk reports being one such good example).

And to summarize it, those two movies by no means are the backbone of my conviction for this 4th turning cycle. They are just the cherry on top of a big cake. What I like to call a confirm within a confirm.

You don't have to check the movies; I did not like either of them honestly, so it is by no means a content recommendation. Even if you do, as I said, your conviction would only be possible to match mine if the research is even. But if not, feel free to still check them.

Why are electricity blackouts that problematic in modern economy?

Electricity is the backbone of everything we do in the modern economy. Can society still function without electricity if it were to be turned off for a year? Sure it can, but the question is, at what cost? The cost would be unimaginably high.

If you run a heating system at home, it's very likely you require electricity for it to function. One can have 1000s of liters of heating oil stored as a reserve "for emergencies of oil shortage," but without electricity, it likely can't be used. Heating pumps, heating oil, natural gas, most residential heating systems run on electricity. As you can imagine, if there were consistent daily blackouts due to oil+electricity shortage, winters could be very harsh to get through for a significant chunk of the population, except (very) healthy individuals. While in the past people have survived such conditions without heating, it has to also be said we don't have immune systems or adapted bodies to harsh conditions anymore, as people had decades or centuries ago. The toll would be higher this time if blackouts were to happen across multiple continents due to persistent cyber attacks or attacks of sabotage on electrical grid, financed by global rig inc.

Our financial system and credit cards require the electrical grid to be operational; without it, only cash works. But ATMs do not, so how do you get excess cash? Banks have limited cash as well; basically, the summary would be that, in case of consistent blackouts, there would be restrictions on how much cash or how frequently per day one could use credit cards. In the same manner as I explained in the prior article about oil shortages, which are likely to lead to our states creating artificial restrictions on how much fuel we can put into our cars on a daily basis. This can only lead to one thing: Huge lines at every petrol station, because if one limits how much fuel consumers can put in, people start to stop much more frequently at each pump station. Exactly the same would happen to banks and ATMs if electricity blackouts were to occur. Everything starts to work very slowly as a result.

Rolling / permanent blackouts (accompanied by an oil shortage) would cause basically global trade to slow down completely. The goods would be reduced, imports/exports would plunge, it would lead to serious rationing imposed by states on citizens, and, of course, some sort of martial law conditions or, if not that, anarchy, which is even worse. For most of you reading this it will seem like absolute nonsense, because you have never experienced prolonged blackouts or fuel shortages or a 4th turning cycle. The key is...no 4th turning cycle is exactly the same, every 4th turning introduces new surprise element tied to latest technology that makes action unpredictable for most. I believe that is 100% intentionally designed so that history doesnt leave enough clues for preparation.

Blackouts are also not evenly distributed across risk factors. Very cold countries in winter that have a lot of city-based population but not good insulation are especially prone to blackouts. Blackouts in countries with a warm environment all year round don't face the same issues at first, and have more prolonged issues elsewhere to worry about. For someone on the tip of southern Italy in December, the multi-month blackout would represent a very different challenge to someone in the middle of, let's say, the Czech Republic, or Canada, for that matter. For anyone prepping for such scenarios, the key is to ask yourself: if power goes out for a week, what becomes your biggest fragility spots?

My view on grande plan of "the macro riggers": Planned RESET (set to happen by 2030)

I come from three different macro views why they are targeting and creating reset:

1. The first one is backed by countless hours of research from many think tanks, the WEF, and whatnot publications, which have clearly outlined through a lot of content that after the 2030s the global supply chains will be restructured into "near supply chains" away from "just in time global". Fresh out of the oven, delivered to nearby locations, and no longer importing as much quantity across the globe. They call that a more "optimized system". Again, if you want to dig through the material, they have a lot of it on the website and YouTube, but it's a hefty time commitment scattered across many publications, interviews, along with other Washington think tank insitutions. Just think about it...can global supply chains be restructured politically by asking voters for it? Absolutely not because the cost to businesses and consumers via inflation would be vertical and nobody with sane mind would vote for that. Which makes sense why they would go for such "project" only via forced engineered crisis.

2. The second one is backed simply by the fact that a lot of the WEF's biggest policies of the 2020s are under a program called "The Great Reset". So the reset is in the name. And "great," I am guessing, suggests something large at scale, restructuring of economic supply chains. To not be too WEF centric in this, studying material of many US based think-tank institutions confirms exactly the same future outcome of global supply chains and economy needs to be "remade" and localized (which is why we have seen so much of China sanctions and US trying to relocate semiconductor supply chains back to on-shore in past few years). US actions with WEF and "independent" think-tank publications all point towards same directions. Remake of global supply chains. Again to point out, no such thing can be possible in "normal times" due to cost it creates for businesses and consumers. It would have to be masked under serious crisis event.

3. And lastly, the third point is the biggest one, but the one I cannot openly write about, because of how few would understand. I believe society has gone through resets in the past, which were all controlled demolitions for the sake of restructuring the way we operate. "To modernize the society and optimize". Which means...they were all planned via aristocracy that colaborated on large regional levels or global levels (in more recent times).

Why creating cycle of destruction or hardship?

I should start by explaining that I firmly believe everything major that happens on the global stage is...staged, no surprise. Not an act of chance or some "lunatic" deciding to do strange actions (in 1939 for example), but rather that covert forces finance very well-selected people (good, useful people in good times and bad, troublemakers when they want to sink the world's economy south). And those people then work by a pre-designed script. Actors who never disclose that they are actors unlike Hollywood personel.

So, coming from that angle, if one starts to put the pieces together, why would those "macro designers" want to create 4th turning cycles, and why, in particular, do I believe that energy shortage will be the centerpiece of 4th turning? Let's break this down further.

The reason for explaining above, is because i had actually quite a lot DMs on few platforms and questions "why", whats the point of doing all this destruction, who benefits?

The short answer is, all 4th turning cycles are restructurings, resets. Someone at the top of our command chain of humanity (not just a single person but a group) decides that perhaps we have reached the end of the current system, and it needs to be remade. I have some guesses who some of those people might be, but either way exact names do not matter.

For example, the debts pile up and become unsustainable (Japan, USA), consumerism reaches a peak (low expansion potential), our economic output as humans vs. automated robots or AI starts to shrink while theirs expands, old architectural infrastructure becomes incompatible with new building requirements or standards, etc and many other reasons. Reasons as such in current times might give this control group reasons to start planning for global reset via engineered crisis. By the way all the reasons i have listed above are real, accurate, and most importantly far reaching and have significant long term economic impact. Which increases the chance that someone might indeed be cooking up a reset reasons.

I firmly believe that the above reasons is what is driving that secret control group (not so secret) to decide to start finance and globally coordinate militaries to send them into a clash along with financing rioters or "immigrants" to start attacking cities worldwide. While they call us into recruitment to help deconstruct what they need to deconstruct. This is why, after each 4th turning, the new financial system takes place, new regulations, new socio-educational systems are set, etc etc. It is all coordinated for the sake of RESET after 3rd turning peaks in economic output (which is where we were 2023s?).

Now that we take reset as key, we can start manoeuvring by asking...if they were to do a large reset, why is, in particular, an oil shortage combined with an electricity shortage and social unrest the most likely target of all this (and everything else is just noise):

-If everything in services or supply chains runs on electricity and diesel, then disrupting a few electrical grid transformers in each country and a few hydro and other non-nuclear power stations can lead to an electricity shortage. Combine that with no oil flowing from Hormuz, no oil from Saudi Arabia or the Red Sea, no oil coming from Russia, and you get a set of conditions where residents across the entire globe are plunged into a wartime state, regardless of whether there is 0 military threat posed to them from nearby countries. Add some (engineered) riots on top of that, and people become angry and resentful...fast.

Having only half of the oil supply and only half of the electricity is enough to cause unprecedented rationing of all resources, including food and perhaps even water since water supply runs on electricity.

-Social unrest can turn a safe place into a dangerous place if there are bad actors paid and financed to do insurrections, which can significantly cripple supply chains of the cities or financial stability (we currently see many heavy "protests" in European countries, all of which have a small core group of paid attacking actors, which is just enough to turn a protest into something that police cannot deal with. Because if there is an attacking group of, let's say, 30 rioters, the police or military can easily deal with that. But if they are mixed into 100.000 group of (zombified) students, then suddenly it becomes very difficult for the police to handle the situation, especially because police cannot use too brutal force to stop protestors regardless of counter aggression. That is what I precisely believe is the angle with riots that will be used next year, once diesel shortages escalate.

In summary: Social stability, diesel and electricity is what gives us freedom and safety. Dislocation of all those 3 leads to inversion.

Three steps to preapare for potential blackouts and cyber attacks

Now let's go into the practical stage. Since this sounds like a once-in-a-lifetime event for which most people will not be or can't be prepared, what can be done? I will split this into three categories, based on different conditions that not every person can use and then later outline 3 different plans for such scenario:

-capital

(Not everyone has the necessary capital to execute the plan they want. "Whatever plan" is not very expensive and can be done with 5000 USD investment, but the 2nd and 3rd options ramp up the cost significantly more)

-conviction

(It takes a lot of hours in geopolitical research to truly have conviction that what we are witnessing is year-by-year increasing conditions toward larger global conflict; in my rough estimates, 70% do not see it, 25% have conviction that trouble is coming but aren't really willing to do anything about it, and perhaps 5% or less are very firmly convinced and have deployed actions. Conviction can't be bought. It's within you, your head.)

-young/elderly

(Those with young or elderly are much more likely to just roll along with whatever is comming, because it is very difficult to do anything else for many reasons)

-location and difficulty to purchase off-grid property

(Many, especially European, states are very tough on off-grid setups. Certain countries, like the US, are much more flexible and offer better options. And as for location, the closer to the mountains and snowy areas, the better for such a scenario; however, this comes at much greater difficulty)

-level of care

(Some just don't care about what's gonna happen. And some are very paranoid and want to take care of others at max capacity.

Realistically not everyone can execute on best possible plan they wish to go for due to constraints.

So, to further continue from the above title, what are the three steps to prep for electricity blackouts+oil shortages+social unrest:

1."Whatever the outcome plan". (Doing some prep but in large or medium sized city.)

This plan is what one might call a low-outcome-control plan. It seems like one has done a lot by getting some emergency or survival equipment (in the middle of a city), but in reality the control of the outcome is low. This would, for example, include a person stacking a lot of excess food, water, defensive items, survival tools, emergency blankets- you name it, while living in urban area (where a lot of people will be afterall).

If there are oil shortages with supply into densely populated area getting constrained with a lot of social unrest, securing any of such resources or security the building itself can become a challenge, leading to low-outcome-control.

This plan seems like a lot has been done that many others will not do (by purchasing plenty of right items), but in reality, thinking about the big picture...if there are blackouts and shortages of many things in the stores, the looting would likely begin. Police or army might show up at your place demanding stockpiles of excess resources for "common good" on order. It could be that your residential unit becomes inhospitable because of an electricity shortage, at which point all of these bought-up resources become useless, especially if unable to move them due to supply chain dislocation. Overall, this plan, where one lives in a large city or large residential buildings, and going for this kind of plan leaves a lot of uncontrolled outcomes. It gives a false sense of security. Hence, "whatever outcome". But this is still better than not doing anything at all; it increases chances.

2."Off-grid" plan

This plan includes the purchase of off-grid property or "normal" property located at high elevation, away from the general population if possible, or somewhere on low terrain as long as there is no significant population center nearby. It needs to have certain "smart house" or "off-grid" properties that allow it to function even if the electrical grid becomes low-functioning in country itself. This plan requires a lot of planning, conviction about events, capital, and, in general, is not going to even come to mind for 90% of people reading this, because majority of people would considering going for this plan only AFTER the fact, once seriousness of situation is cristal clear.

This is the most realistic plan if one already has wishes to live more in nature, perhaps having a farm, having an off-grid style of life already set well before thinking of using this as a reason for blackouts. Or just having such secondary residence.

3."Off-grid hardcore or military bunker facility"

This plan is for those who are skeptical about how well one can really protect off-grid property that isn't so distant from nearby residents, or uncertain about how long the outages might last. Or, more importantly, this is a plan for the insiders, the ones who are cooking this mess for us; it's them who will likely get the "keys" to military facilities that are located especially across the US but also in the EU and some other countries for exactly such scenarios.

4. "Hybrid" plan

This one is possibly the most realistic. It involves not being in too dense populated area, living near fresh water source, living in area that is not heavily proned to flooding or other natural disasters, having enough storage capacity to create years worth stash of necessary supply, and taking care of defense. Exact compound or type of property isnt that important, as long as certain requirements are taken care of.

The scenarios are basically conviction split.

Most people will pick no action plan. Until at least it becomes so obvious that the state starts to direct citizens to either stockpile or not stockpile (to not further cause panic), either of those two directives by states historically tends to lead to...stockpiling and defensive positioning of citizens. But usually that is when its already late.

There are plenty of videos on YouTube if one wants to research deeper into the topic of "grid failure prepping"; what I have given in this article is just a very robust summary. Because I have done my research over the years and have talked to many, I know how long it takes to go through 1000s of hours of books or videos to summarize what one should do.

So ask yourself, how much conviction do you have that what is in front of us is very likely a once in a lifetime storm? And how much are you willing to invest to do something about it? And how much flexibility do you really have to do something about it (restricted by loved ones or health restrictions)?

Those questions need to be addressed first. If you have a lot of clashes in those answers, then there is a high chance your action will be to take almost no action.

Cyber attacks (carried by agents of global rig inc but blamed on China or Russia)

As if blackouts are not enough, there are risks of cyber attacks being used, in my view, as well. I strongly believe that this 4th turning will be a multi-vector attack, because, as I said before, a globalized society has so many positive buffers that can "bounce back" any single country in trouble or any particular deficiency that the only way for a crisis to be truly global in a "conflict state" would require multi-vector attacks:

-supply chains and transport

-food

-water supply

-electricity

-diesel

-social cohesion

-security

Telecommunications:

Cyber attacks could dismantle social media communication and telecommunications so that it becomes impossible to talk to anyone over long distances, make any reliable future plans, and most likely lose a good amount of mobility. I think the US is probably the most exposed to this (and why Global Rig Inc has been running multiple such exercises in 2023 and 24 specifically in the US on a larger scale). And that is probably because the US has much more resources and a more stable economy than, let's say, the EU or Asia, and the more fragile the spot in a country is- where one has to travel much further distances to work or to eat and requires more organization- the more likely it is that the cyber angle will be a much higher probability. After all, the macro riggers are just looking to hit us at our fragile spot, whichever country or continent that is.

Banking system:

The problem with cyber attacks is...they can disrupt communication, and they can disrupt the banking system. Imagine existing all of a sudden in a country where the majority of banking functions no longer work; therefore, payments go offline. Even if such dislocation were to last only a week, the consequence would be significant. And the 4th turning is typically a 3-year-or-more-long cycle, not a one-week event. From a practical prep angle...how does one prepare from a banking perspective for a cyber attack? I don't think there is any practical solution to that whatsoever. Stash of cash (and please don't even bother with gold) perhaps, but it is highly likely that most of the places in such an event would reduce their operations by 90%, which would make it very difficult to use large amounts of cash, even if you wanted to. If telecommunications are attacked, what is the procedure there? Again, for any long-range use, there are special satellite phones which are supposed to work, but untested, and mostly distributed just to high-ranking government officials, making it nearly impossible for others to actually use in case of an EMP or cyber attack (they do function fine in normal conditions, the commercial small-scale versions). There are, of course, low-range communications that can be bought in any online store such as Amazon, 1000s of different options, but this is all meant for very short-range communication.

Whether it's a cyber attack or an EMP, it's pretty much the same outcome; it doesn't make much difference to differentiate the two.

Who could Global Rig Inc blame the attacks on? Perhaps the IRGC, perhaps China; those two seem like the most likely candidates, while the reality is one thing to understand:

To carry out a huge cyber attack on many large cities on a single continent, it requires an internally coordinated operation. An enemy from within. While the media will sell you the fairy tale of a "state terror actor". That doesn't mean that everyone in the military or agencies would have to be on this; it just means certain people in key command chains do need to. Classic hierarchical effect. For example...a regular soldier spotting a huge anomaly might start yelling at the general who is noticing an incoming attack vector, but if the general is bought and paid for by you know who, all it has to do is to order "to not do anything about it" so the attack vector gets realized into an event. That's how all macro rigs work. Most people either don't see things, or perhaps some do, but it's the ones up in the chain that block the insights or actions.

Keep a close eye on the news cycle, whether it's on X or general media sites, to see if cyberattacks are suddenly growing in number across multiple countries. Why is this important metric? Because we have not seen, over the past decades, coordinated cyberattacks across multiple infrastructure layers in multiple countries at once. Not on a persistent scale. Under the 4th turning that is supposed to happen. If you see it rolling, that's a significant clue. So far, we have seen cyberattacks on grocery stores in France in 2026 and some other countries, but more layers are needed for confirmation.

Countries with advantages

Countries with advantages:

Greenland or Iceland and geothermal water.

Having locally sourced heating energy is a major advantage. However, keep in mind that both of those countries rely extensively on fishing as well, which requires diesel, and they are both not agriculturally friendly and import most of that. Staying heated without the food isn't helping much. Giving only those two as examples, because if one maps out countries globally, they almost all have certain advantages for the 4th turning cycle and certain disadvantages. Near-perfect places are rare and are mostly very localized (not entire countries, just specific areas). So disregard above Greenland or Iceland as some ideal countries, there arent any. Just local areas, typically high up in the mountains, near fresh water source, and a plenty of ready to use energy.

There are countries with some advantages and some with disadvantages, but to be honest, there is no magic solution; there is usually always something lacking. The key is just segregated residential units, far away in the wilderness, with all necessary resources nearby (water, food, solar, etc.). Listing particular countries as plus as minus is not that important; it's more about a particular location that "has it".

Every country or place has vulnerability under the global 4th turning, and a different exposure vector. Which means...no country as a whole can do well (with the exception of perhaps very few countries) in such conditions. For example, one can have plenty of raw resources and local food production, but if such a place has to import all of its oil or diesel from far away, a lot of that security is only on the surface, because if diesel is taken away, the food gets rationed or can't arrive at its destination, and raw resources as well.

Volnurabilities of different electric grids

Additional differences between the structures of the electrical grids of Europe, the USA, and South Asia are listed below, or just rough conclusions without going into the details.

There are rather significant differences in weak spots between those countries if there were to be attacks on electrical infrastructure in the near future:

-European grid is highly interconnected. Very sensitive to attacks because, even if only a single country were to lose a significant portion of its electrical production units, and if at the same time other countries had smaller-scale attacks with a present electricity shortage (unable to cover the shortfall in that most damaged country), it could lead to the entire grid coming down in the EU. That scenario, in case a Russia/NATO conflict erupts, is by no means unlikely. It could very much be a possibility. European grid requires constant, even voltage, and with Germany shutting down most of its nuclear plants over past years and therefore excess electricity production (just a few years before this "grande" plan is coming into play, by coincidence, of course), now there is more chance that the system could become under-supplied and under-voltage.

-The USA grid is split into 3 sections. So damaging one country does not lead to systemic shock, but a larger chunk of states could be affected if one gets attacked heavily. Texas one chunk, East coast another chunk and West coast another. If there is an EMP attack or cyber attack, however...then that can knock out the entire West or East coast easily if grid infrastructure was to be attacked at the same time within multiple locations (many reports have been made on that by US grid specialists).

This is the highest threat for US residents. Is that why they were testing those "Chinese balloons" a year or two ago, angle of attack via EMP? USA grid outlined in the picture below:

-The South Asia grid is very chaotic. And more "individualistic". At the same time, it is more fragile as well. The biggest issue is that this individualistic system (if you have been to Thailand/Cambodia/Philipines you know the cables go fucking around everywhere) does not allow the load to be distributed nationwide well in case of an electricity shortage. It means it's hard to control who gets and who doesn't get power and leads to more random outcomes. In addition to that, the SA grid has about 20% power loss due to all the outdated cables, while those losses in the EU and USA are much smaller. In case of energy shortage, that difference can be quite a significant factor. South Asia grid in the picture below:

If I were to speculate on the macro riggers' plan and how they could attack our electrical infrastructure on different continents:

-EU (using Russian aggression and drone attacks on the electrical grid as cover)

-USA (using Chinese cyber attacks or Iranian revolutionaries as cover)

-South Asia (using Chinese energy supply constraints under a geopolitical Taiwan/China event where China stops sharing any oil/coal/gas/electricity with nearby nations, leaving a heavy shortage for the rest of SA)

-Rest of the world (unsure)

By far the most important thing to remember: If macro riggers have a plan to attack our electricity grid, there is nothing stopping them. Nothing. Defending the entire grid via the military is nearly impossible, and the grid has so many weak spots that, via sabotage methods, it could be easily disrupted. Look at Russia as an example. Is there a significant military installation at every oil refinery, every electricity transformer, every power plant? The answer is no. Even though Russia could call up many more reserves and position much more hardware to defend those installations, it did not do so in 2026, and as a consequence, a large amount of that infrastructure got destroyed. Exactly the same would be true for the EU or the US or Asia if such a plan were to go global.

Resiliency of human being and economy in 21st century

If you think about it from the perspective of "resiliency," it becomes clear why 4th turning propagators always send armies or approach the creation of mess in a way that addresses the weak spots of the civilian population and those fighting on the fields.

In the modern economy, we are very interconnected (talk to each other, can reach any type of help far out, have fast-response help services, have tons of food supply from nearby countries, have fast telecommunications, etc.); basically, we have it better from any angle one looks at than any prior generations (for the most part).

It is difficult to strain human life in the 21st century on a global basis because of that. For example, since all 4th turning cycles are continental or global, or at least centered on the most densely populated continents, the focus is on strain in cross-regions. Any single country can at all times be destabilized, and humans can be placed into hardship, but when we talk about a global event, that's a very different thing. We have seen conflicts and hurricanes in past that targeted single country, but globalized supply chains can always easily buffer out any single country under stress and aid it. What we havent seen (besides on small scale in 2020) what happens when you ignite crisis across entire world. One would have to go back to 1939-45 to check for that.

Let me further explain this. Imagine that we have a regional conflict in South Asia between 4 smaller or medium sized countries. But all other countries globally enjoy peace and prosperity; nothing bad is going on. In such a case, the deficits that happen in those 4 countries can be easily absorbed into the global economy, and the global economy can help residents and civilians of those countries with extra aid and whatnot. Even if such conflict lasts for few years, in most countries globally...there is no footprint in economic activity or wellbeing of such confliict.

But what happens...when you dislocate half of the global oil supply which every single country needs as primary resource. And imagine dislocation of a third of the electrical grid across most major countries at the same time. Then all of a sudden countries stop helping each other, because EVERYONE has deficits, so countries take care of their own needs first before the others. Which only makes things worse, because it leads to further deficits and imbalance in some other country. Thats when you see export bans happening all over the place. And make no mistake, we already have seen plenty of export bans in 2026 for multiple countries and multiple resources, and thats even before the real crisis is showing up.

Mind that a deficit of oil and electricity automatically leads to a deficit of food in grocery stores or the food produced on farms.

A deficit of oil and electricity leads to a shrinkage of incomes for the majority of businesses, including paychecks in the public sector.

A deficit of oil and electricity leads to potentially dangerous security conditions if left unsolved for a prolonged time. As one can see, this, in my view, is precisely why the macro riggers are targeting our oil and electrical supply, which is the backbone of not just our economy, but backbone of our lives. We exist in this modern world because of those two resources.

Ask yourself this: If the Russia-NATO conflict is really just about either army proving to the other which is better and achieving victory via military conquest...then why has Ukraine demolished a huge amount of Russian oil supply, which will leave Russian civilians in huge hardship, or, from another angle, why has Russia targeted and destroyed about half of Ukraine's electricity production capacity and left Kiev in darkness? Why not just aim at the military? It's by design. The same hand controls both parties and directs them towards civilian infrastructure. This is precisely why i believe the same plan will be repeated in Europe, in USA and many other Asian countries. I firmly believe Ukraine is just a blueprint for what they will execute across other countries. Look at Kiev and its situation currently as headsup.

Global diesel shortage as key underpin

I have already written about that in my prior article; I still firmly believe that soon we will see rationing of fuel within a large chunk of countries globally once both diesel and oil inventories are depleted. So far, it seems like that entire storm is timed to hit in 2027 (although my initial expectations were a bit earlier). For that i am using combination of:

-How much strategic oil reserves top 5 biggest countries have and how much they are draining per day

-How much of total oil did we lose (barrels per day) from MidEast so far due to attacks

-How much of diesel reserves do big or small countries have

-Projections of more conflicts and more oil disruption based on my geopolitical speculations

Using above 4 points, the timing is getting close for shortages and rationing.

I know a lot of preppers within the US are stacking up on fuel for emergencies, but I just think that is quite unnecessary. Unless one is very far segregated in a residential unit and there is a very good reason to drive to some other segregated area that goes on a very quiet road...the fuel supply stash in cities or semi-rural areas makes no difference. Because for simple reason, when fuel starts to run out, the roads simply clog up and become un-drivable, basically just large parking lots.

The reason why I believe that a diesel shortage will be the key underpinning of the 4th turning is that everything in the economy starts to slow down if there was to be diesel shortage, and most importantly, people lose mobility. No mobility and very slow operating services mean that you no longer dictate your outcomes, especially if you live in a city or more populated areas. For example...all prior 4th turnings had (again ALL) had a thing in common which is: Attack on the most commonly used underpinning resource that the economy and people use. Grain and farm looting (French Revolution), which represented a "diesel of the economy back in the day", similar in WW1 which led to severe food rationing, freedom of movement, and oil (WW2), which again pins down the population or armies, and diesel would be a similar component this time. If one was food rationed back in the day, you didn't have the "energy" to get to be free (stuck), and all the remaining free food was usually distributed via the state. In a very similar fashion, a diesel shortage would lead to state-directed rationing, and without diesel, there is not enough food either as a consequence and most importantly majority of people completely lose mobility if fuel stations run out of diesel. Oil refineries (which I have written a lot about in prior articles and my social media posts) have been going up in flames over the past year at a massive increase in 2026, leaving all prior historical data as a speck. If you connect the theme, it's clear where this is heading. Dislocation of oil or more specifically diesel so that major economies come to stand still. If you think the danger of WW3 is China/US/Russia fighting via nuclear arsenal you believe in fictional story. Elites and macro riggers would never risk a non-managed conflict that could render vast areas of world never to be populated. Do you know why in all WEF risk reports or think tank reports of Washington the "nuclear risk" is either never mentioned, or comes way down on the ladder, but the "resource shortage" is ranked very high up in their reports? Because those that cook the soup dont want the soup to taste unexpected, they want planned outcome. So forget about nuclear warfare, and start thinking about asymmetric warfare, thats where the real danger is to us, the civlians.

So why do I think this is so important to understand for you, your kids, everyone you enjoy your time with, the (engineered) diesel shortage crisis? Because AI and robotics are not fossil fuel dependent, which is the future workforce of the planet (whether you want to believe it or not).

This is why I believe the global rig inc is restructuring our global economy and making it less about consumerism (pro-human) and more about progressive technocraticism (if that is a word) and they want transition into that world to be done via 4th turning resource constriction or more specifically decreasing total avalible oil and diesel for humanity.

Summary of macro riggers 4th turning agenda (in my personal view)

In short: No fuel at pump stations or very little, rolling electrical blackouts with pitch-black nights in cities, continuous cyber attacks in all major countries, riots and looting, half-empty store shelves, conscription, and more...

From everything on the article, if you are looking for short summary of my forward projections this is possibly the most important section. As usual i do not explain things in details on articles, if you wish to gather details youll need to do personal dig deep exercise as it is too much to write this for single or even multiple lengthy articles. Those are only my conclusions.

I should briefly mention my background: I have been researching this topic (upcoming 4th turning) for over 10 years, piecing together their plan bit by bit, since the signs of this planned operation were seeded a long time ago. And my belief or conviction is that, in order to recognize potential rigged event in advance, it is always best to look at EXERCISES which happen before that key event usually. All big global rigged events have exercises that mimic exactly what the event will be about later on. Those exercises are not called "exercises" officially or in the media, but they typically hide under a name that points toward being an "exercise" or "preparation for".

Started my journey by following content from classic tin foil hatter such as Alex Jones (before being compromised) and many others, then to straight "pure science" guys in macroeconomics who project little subjectivity but more hardcore facts, and then to another stage of straight insiders of macro rig group such as think-tank participants of Skull and Bones and other freemasonic institutions, Pentagon financed think tanks, etc., to slowly piece together what does "insider" think about and what does "macro economy expert" who reads no material from insiders but only reads what's written in the news. You would be surprised how many "experts" only make summaries of what some reporter in a major news article has written or what government publication/report has written, but they follow almost zero content from actual insiders, those who work for rig party inc global. Which is where most of global events or policies are forged. One thing i did 10 years ago, is taking a different turn there to what most researchers or experts do. As the years went by, more and more publications, material and interviews started to point towards (in my view) that 4th turning is about to be cooked up. And the whole reason for me to put this article out now, is because if my timing assesment is correct 2027/28 could be cycle peak likely (not in a good way).

To return back to prior point about "exercises":

(1.) 9/11, (2.) 2020 COVID, (3.) 2026 Europes armed protests, (4.) 2026 oil crisis and Hormuz blockade, (5.) Boston bombing- all of the stated events above HAD exercises typically several weeks before that addressed exactly the type of event which then actually happened not long after. Probably just a coincidence. Once you learn that pattern, you start paying close attention to either military gaming exercises (especially Pentagon / CENTCOM), think tank exercises, or globalist institutions running similar exercises. In past 4 years i have tracked numerous such exercises around specifically outcomes that i am giving here as summary for 4th turning, such as:

-test sabotage attacks via cyber on multiple companies in Albania, Romunia and other EU countries and Texas (grid)

-Large scale cyber attacks on US social media and Amazon cloud service (without any official investigation) in 2024 and 2023

-Theft of electrical grid transformer in US by unknown group (with classified documentation not allowing for any explanation)

-multiple test riots launched in US and EU in 2023-25 testing how well organized rioters are (multiple journalists have caught the trucks from where the protestors were sent and given equipment, clearly showing an organized operation)

-Exercise of dislocating entire pipeline in US for several days to test fuel depleetion at fuel stations in 2021 via cyber attack

-and many more to list.

Based on the pieces of observed such exercises over the past 5 years, I believe the plan they will go with will include (to summarize what I already have written above) (this is a global plan, excluding no country, with perhaps the exception of Switzerland?):

-(1.) Cyber attacks on civilian infrastructure (grocery stores, electrical grid, transportation) combined with a potential EMP attack on the electrical grid

-(2.) Oil shortages triggered by attacks on refineries and the choking of all key global maritime straits, preventing oil tankers from delivering oil. This leads to either no diesel at all at pump stations for certain countries, or certain countries facing heavy shortages but still having some.

-(3.) Emptying of shelves at (some) grocery stores, or any other store for that matter

-(4.) Financed and engineered riots via mercenary units (paid and trained by Global Rig Inc) which end up disrupting safety in most biggest cities and destroy/loot grocery stores, potentially seeing this in most biggest global cities (which is why living in a large city will be extremely problematic under this 4th turning)

-(5.) Police and military or fire services to see a significant reduction of response due to diesel shortages or cyber attacks on telecommunications; most services might not work at all, or just roads blocked by cars with lack of fuel leading to low response rate from services

-(6.) Mobility with car travel or any other travel reduces significantly.

Long-distance travel due to diesel shortages becomes impossible in most countries. Very likely many roads would become undrivable and completely clogged up due to many cars either running out of fuel or unable to meet the police cleanup. In fact traveling with car deeper into 4th turning (if fuel shortage persists for month) can become very risky.

-(7.) Big cities become fire hazards, security hazards, and looting targets

-(8.) Formation of "warlords": many segregated groups in urban populated areas form looting groups with their own leaders; typically, the worst of the worst of every area becomes a leader (as usual in such conditions), leading to conditions where a common citizen feels very insecure

-(9.) Electrical grid starts to partially shut down in certain areas or countries, leading to permanent or rolling blackouts, crippling most of the country's infrastructure, mostly due to sabotage attacks on transformers or power plants

Additionally, I believe there is a high chance of NATO-Russia and US-China (Taiwan) conflicts erupting at the same time, as macro riggers would want to maximize trade and supply chain disruption, and especially forced conscription, to ensure more disruption happens at once. I believe, due to circumstances, the chances of those two conflicts happening in 2027 are significantly high or in 2028.

If the plan above is executed, it would obviously lead to unprecedented times, which would leave many people globally in significant danger, and I firmly believe no countries (except perhaps one) are going to be excluded. I have been mulling and chewing on this plan in my mind for a few years now and have been postponing writing this article until I am highly convinced that all the pieces are coming together and that the time has come. I believe that next year we will see execution of this based on current developments.

What supply/items should you be getting?

This will be a brief overview of the items or resources I believe are necessary to have over the next 2 years due to unexpected turns of events that can happen under the 4th turning:

-Food supply for 5+ months, high-caloric content food (olive oil) or food that just doesn't spoil (rice). One can go with 100s of different specialized options of food specifically made for emergency situations, but the reality is mostly calories count and how much you pay for each calorie if you are on a budget. Can't go wrong with oil and rice. Olive oil and rice is as well much more healthier than majority of long lasting emergency food designed for such situations. Not many people are used to "eating" olive oil in a way how Greeks do it, drinking it down neat, or pouring it on top of pretty much everything. The thanks for that goes to our healthcare system which is lagging decades behind in terms of how healthy fat can be, if right fat, and used in right way. Additional decent options to combine with are oats, since they are energy low intensive to prepare, unlike rice. And as well quite healthy. What i especially like about this 3 combo food items is that everyone needs those frequently within their cooking/eating cycle, so stashed supply can easily be circulated in off-duty times.

-First aid kit. Goes without saying.

-Torch light, high-quality ones with long-range and long-duration lithium batteries and high lumens. Multiple not just single torch lights with different abilities is best way to go.

-Water purifying tablets or a mobile water filtering pump which allows you to filter thousands of liters of water. I would disagree with many who say to store water at home. There is no way for most people to store a few months' worth of water supply at home; you need more realistic solutions.

-Basic combat gear from waterproof trousers, jacket, triple insulation underneath, combat gloves, boots, tools, etc. Martial law conditions would not allow for this to be used, but if the outcome of events is more free in nature, it would come in handy.

I would argue that capable boots are probably the most important piece of equipment to have above all else. Have personally been owner of LOWA Z-8S MK2 GTX PR for almost 10 years and they have been through a lot of different test situations with great results. I bare no sponsorship with the company whatsoever, but have tested multiple hiking/combat boots and those have very good dynamic range of performance. A shoe that is good for urban, hills, semi watery, rainy environment is what you want to aim for. All the rest of equipment in terms of clothes or items is much more open ended but again it is best to aim for something that performs in both dry and wet weather, and most importantly winter.

But keep in mind, we do not know which way 4th turning will exactly go. Perhaps there is martial law implemented and confescations of resources happen. Or social unrest leads to fires and looting which can render most of your resources taken away. Do not plan to be fully in control of what you get, plan to be only somewhat in control, with possible flexible options.

Before finishing on this point, I want to raise something very important. I see a lot of promotional material in terms of videos or tips online about "how to survive a 7-day blackout" or "what items to get to make it through a 7-day blackout", and those videos are presenting themselves as how to survive a national grid lockdown or severe fuel shortages. This is all absolute nonsense; let me explain why:

For a 7-day-long emergency, one doesn't need to plan extensively, or at all. Because the idea is that the help services will be restored and the government will be there to eventually help you. So you dont need plan in place.

If we are talking about a PLANNED global crisis where macro riggers are looking to cut fuel and electricity to us for months, then any 7-day plans are completely meaningless.

You either plan for a multi-month scenario, or you do not plan or buy anything. Either or.

Importance of (defense) security

As a last point, I should add that if the above plan truly was to come to fruition, taking care of defense items is necessary as well. This might not be something that one has to discuss with a person from the US, but Europe or Asia is a different story, where people just take security for granted. When you take security for granted, relying on a peaceful population and functioning police, and all of a sudden you get rug pulled out from under you on all that...the need to own any proper defensive items starts to become rapidly obvious.

Martial law

If Global Rig Inc is financing the protests in countries globally (with a reason, so they have an explanation for why introducing martial law), and we truly are moving towards a more dystopian society that Harari, the WEF's right-wingman, has outlined "in near future society will have much less freedom" then the introduction of martial law would make sense, and afterwards transitioning to times that align more with Orwell's 1984.

Personally, I only see one path that would make sense to be rigged in that direction, which is protesting across many global countries (with highly mixed ethnic groups), specifically Palestine/Israel or Muslim/Anti-immigrant protests being engineered, which would then, on the surface, make sense to escalate in a significant manner (clashes with police, looting, burning, perhaps even deaths)

Such consistent protesting, especially if targeted against government buildings, could easily lead to martial law in many countries globally. However...this plan would only make sense in countries that do have a lot of ethnically mixed population, especially immigrants or muslim population in general. Which means only those countries would be exposed to such martial law potentially.

My point is this...if that is their goal, and we see all of a sudden in 2026 or 27 large instalments of martial law in many countries, then most of the action plans I have outlined above would or could become rendered void. Meaningless. Under martial law, we would have very little control over actions or outcomes. Best to hope it doesn't go this way.

Conclusion (what to look for?)

If you believe that the article above could carry some chance of being true and accurate in the near future (at least partially), then what would you have to track to see that we are indeed moving towards that timeline of the 4th turning peak? What media posts and world events should one track specifically if they start to unfold ALL at the same time? Again, the key is not just one, but all 5 pointing in the same direction:

1. Look to see if there are attacks happening on the electrical grid, power lines, or transformers, or perhaps even hydropower stations in any of the European, Asian, or US countries. Do NOT focus on which actor is blamed. It is NOT relevant for you. Only focus on: Is it happening? If so, it points to a major confirmation of the above. Why? It has never happened in our lifetimes on a large-scale, cross-continental scale. Any such events would have to be coordinated.

2. Look at shortages of fuel at pump stations. Are the news reports piling up about very long lines of cars in EU/Asia/US countries, combined with a lack of fuel present? If so, that confirms what I have been writing for a while now: that a planned oil shortage (diesel specifically) is a probable target. Track those news; notice if there is a major uptick. Remember, the more aggressive the uptick, the less time we have. If oil from the Middle East is not flowing, if the US imposes a diesel export ban, and Russian refineries are all destroyed, once the shortages in many countries kick in...there is no way back anymore. The clock starts to tick. Refineries and pipelines can't just be rebuilt within weeks.

3. Look at news about coordinated political actions. Do you see politicians from many countries globally all pushing for the same (hint hint 2020) style of actions? "For the sake of protecting the energy grid, we need to conserve fuel now and reduce how much electricity we use at home". Or riots all demanding key political figures to step down in many countries all at once. Or all politicans perhaps starting to call for conscription. Basically...look for unified political (or anti political from rioters) actions that share exactly the same message. When that happens its always a sign of rig.

4. Look at the looting news; look at the fallout in the telecommunications grid. Are you losing connection on your phone often? Do you see a lot of looting all of a sudden in your home place or perhaps in your country in general? If so, that is another confirmation of above 4th turning scenario in play. Only matters if it is happening in multiple countries at once. Again it has to be unified action that doesnt just happen in single but multiple countries. We are looking for global rig clues not isolated ones.

   
   

5. Look at cyberattack news or pandemics/unknown diseases. Are you suddenly seeing a large uptick in the news of shopping, grocery or other type of stores under cyber attacks? Or perhaps train stations or airports attacked via cyber, causing disruption? Track if they are escalating in number or staying at same pace. Keep a close eye on the above 5 stages (they are not chronologically numbered, the idea is they need to be all happening at once). Why tracking this? Because they define the timing for you or me of how close we are to the peak of the 4th turning we are in. But again...the key is: They ALL have to start lining up. If what I said above in the article is true that this 4th turning is a multi-vector attack- then ALL above 5 segments need to become present in the news cycle. Once and if they are, there is almost no chance that what I said in this article won't materialize in a significant risk event (or what I already outlined in some of my older 4th turning ones).

   
   

Speaking of timing, I have already outlined above in the article roughly the sequence of rigged events. When could this cross continental blackouts begin to happen, i certainly dont think yet over next 3 months, because it would take to dislocate enough of power grid units first before that can even start to take place (and China-Taiwan to become active conflict), this article is written with intent for next year. Because what's the point of writing such an article 5 minutes before midnight, eh?

But make no mistake, by the time it all becomes obvious, there is no action one can take anymore to make any difference. All the critical action steps that can help have to be done when clues are subtle yet firm. Not obvious for everyone. And remember, even if you decide not to do anything but have a hunch that above might not be the words of a lunatic, the best you can still do is squeeze out the best of every moment coming, since we never really know how long the good times last, until hindsight. A goose or chicken in a fence doesn't really live every day to its maximum potential, and we, too, often take everything for granted daily.

This is most likely my last article on the topic of the 4th turning, perhaps last article altogether. Towards Q1 of next year, I don't believe there will be any need to write more on subject of 4th turning since the stack of events will make the situation obvious to everyone.
